MetPlas held its 2007 charity golf outing on June 13, 2007 at Birdsfoot Golf Club.  The event benefited the TC House Foundation.  The TC House Foundation was started by former Pitt quarterback  and New Orleans Saints free agent Tyler Palko and his lifelong friend Chris McGough, a Down syndrome individual.  The charity's goal is to secure a group home in Western Pennsylvania that will allow adults with disabilities to stay in the community where they grew up.  The day started with a tour of MetPlas' facility, as well as displays from some of our key suppliers, followed by a full day of golf and culminating in an awards ceremony and light dinner.  The event raised $9,000 in its first year for the TC House Foundation.  Please visit their website www.tchouse.org and mark your calendar for June 13, 2008 for next year's outing.
